One of the biggest park in Qusais area with 2Km walking track. Recently renovated with additional cycling track outside the park area .

Access to entrance Kacha parking area is now blocked .. those who come with car should go behind road ( take right before the signal when coming from airport tunnel to muhaisana road) the get parking access to the front parking 🅿️

Inside the pond area it is completely renovated, all forest sized wall has been taken out and made it clean

A lot of space available for kids , there are equipment for fitness ., very neat and clean

Look like they are cleaning up the Pond so it’s mud and bad smell coming while walking 🚶‍♀️ around ( rest all is best ) ..

I would say IVS service has been improved compared to last year. When I visited 2-3 years ago, there was no appointment system. Take token and wait ………

Now online appoint system available for Dubai branch and service is getting better even though it’s crowded
I came at 7:45AM without taking online appointments, so I got into normal channels , in 45min my documents verified and given next token which took another 30 min to collect the payment, then another 45 min to get the documents . Improved compared to my last visit

Now they have premium lounge and urgent token, pay extra and get it faster
Staffs are friendly and approachable

Better to take appointments and come
