Worst customer service! Skip the Dishes should be ashamed of themselves for their terrible customer service. If you check the reviews I write I am always positive. I can't be with Skip. We ordered food and it came ice cold. Not lukewarm. Not warm. ICE COLD. We watched the courier pick up the food but then he went to deliver another order first. The food was inedible. It was ridiculous. I contacted Skip and the customer service representative was exceptionally rude. I was actually shocked at the response. I was offered a minimal credit and told that if I wanted faster delivery I should go pick it up. I was also told that they need to deal with customers with legitimate issues. The response was disgusting and offensive. I do NOT recommend Skip at all!
