Small park surrounded by office buildings. Good place for office workers to come down to sit and grab a bite. They have some tables too. Not really a park that's worth traveling to if you're located far away. The large pond and trees attracts birds in the summer. Paid parking is available in the adjacent RBC building.

Good breakfast cafe restaurant with decent sized portions at reasonable prices. They have limited indoor seating, and mostly small tables. Food tastes good. They could use an extra server, as the one to two they have are always running around serving customers, and can't seem to take a break. There is free underground parking at the adjacent arts center.

This is the 3rd Deer Garden I've been to (other locations were North York and Montreal). Food is good cafe quality and most meals come with a free drink. This location does not have horlicks, so I got chocolate milk instead. This is a busy location, and it's difficult to get a parking spot on Saturdays due to many restaurants at this plaza.

I was planning to go to Chillax next door, but it was packed, so I went to AiSushi. This is the first time I've been to this location (tried Markham before), and the sushi quality is great. There's not much seating space, but they have 3 tables. Most people get takeout. Reasonable prices for delicious sushi. They provided plates, utensils, soya sauce and wasabi when I dined in.

Good quality chinese food. I had the dinner combo for 2 for $50, which came with a soup, dumplings, 2 dishes and dessert. Food quality exceeded my expectations. Restaurant decor is also slightly upscale. They are busy on weekends, but easy to get a table on weekdays. I will return.
